Life lessons are learned as they get to experience a hands on approach in the kitchen, at the petting zoo, and at Chimney Rock. The program also provides them with opportunities to go on various fun and educational field trips during the week of the camp and several weeks after to keep them engaged throughout the summer. For some youth, this may be the only trip they get to take before school starts back.
